Why Go

Picasso spent the autumn of 1946 painting in the Grimaldi castle on the ramparts, now the Picasso Museum, full of his joyful Mediterranean works. Below the old town, a covered market sells local produce, and around the Cap d'Antibes a coastal path follows the rocks past grand villas.
