Getting There
About 30 minutes by car or bus from Tatranská Lomnica, on the road to Poland.

Why Go

The Gorals, the highlanders of the Tatras, built their log houses with colorful painted ornaments along the joints, and Ždiar keeps many of them, one open as a small museum. Meadows and the limestone ridge of the Belianske Tatras rise behind.
