Why Go

Seven kings lived here. Around the courtyard stand a Gothic hall, a brick wing of Louis XII, the Renaissance wing of Francis I with its famous open spiral staircase, and a classical wing of the 17th century. Joan of Arc came here in 1429 before setting off to relieve Orléans.
