Why Go

Endeavour flew 25 missions before landing in Los Angeles in 2012. It's the only space shuttle displayed in launch position, nearly 200 feet tall with a real external tank and boosters; you can walk beneath its engines. The museum also has hands-on exhibits on ecosystems and the human body.

Tips

  • Reserve a timed entry for Endeavour ahead of time.
