- Miller is about 10 minutes by car west of downtown; Lakefront is on the river north of downtown.
Why Go
Milwaukee was the 'Beer Capital of the World', home of Schlitz, Pabst, Blatz and Miller. Miller's tour includes its 1840s stone caves; Lakefront Brewery's tour is known for its jokes; and the restored Pabst complex has a taproom in a former church.
