Why Go

Paphos was the Roman capital of Cyprus, and the villas of its governors and rich citizens had floors of mosaic scenes from Greek myth: Dionysus and his followers, Theseus and the Minotaur, Achilles and Aion. A theater, an odeon and the ruins of a Byzantine castle stand among them.
