Why Go
A train full of passengers was lost when the cyclone struck, and the ruins of a church and station still stand. The road continues to Arichal Munai, with Sri Lanka only about 30 km away.
Tips
- Don't stay after dark: the road may be closed, and the sea can be dangerous.
