Why Go

Explore the Midway's flight deck, hangar, bridge and crew quarters, with veteran docents sharing stories. It's moored at Navy Pier on the downtown waterfront.

On the waterfront beside the ship stands Unconditional Surrender, the 25-foot statue of a sailor kissing a nurse, based on the famous photograph from the end of World War II.
