Getting There
Gondola stations stand at the Rialto, by St Mark's and along the Grand Canal.

Why Go

The city sets the fares for a 30-minute ride for up to five people, with a higher rate after dark. Rides from the stations near St Mark's are busiest; the canals of Cannaregio and Castello are quieter.

A singer or accordion player costs extra.

Tips

  • Agree the length of the ride before you step in.
