Why Go
Unveiled in 1967, the 50-foot Picasso puzzled the city and became its mascot, and the Blues Brothers jumped through a window at it. Nearby are Miró's Chicago, Calder's red Flamingo at Federal Plaza and Chagall's mosaic Four Seasons at Chase Tower.
