Why Go

The small synagogue, built in 1315, is one of only three medieval synagogues left in Spain, its walls carved with Hebrew inscriptions. A statue of Maimonides, born here in 1138, stands nearby.

The Calleja de las Flores, a narrow lane of potted geraniums, frames the bell tower of the Mosque–Cathedral.
