Full Guide

A fortress on a sea cliff outside the walls, with the motto of the old republic over its gate and a view back at the city.
The fort stands on a rock 37 meters above the sea. Its walls are up to 12 meters thick facing the sea, but thin on the side facing the city, so no commander could turn it against Dubrovnik. Over the gate: 'Freedom is not sold for all the gold in the world.'
Hamlet is staged here during the Summer Festival, and it played the Red Keep in Game of Thrones.
