Why Go

Korčula's own stonemasons built the cathedral from the 15th to the mid-16th century, with stone lions on its facade and a portal by Bonino da Milano. Inside hangs an altarpiece by Tintoretto.

Climb the bell tower for a view over the red roofs to the Pelješac channel. The church lost its bishop in 1828, but everyone still calls it the cathedral.
