Why Go

Belarus lost about a quarter of its people in the war, and hundreds of villages were burned with their inhabitants. The museum, in a new building since 2014, tells that story through tanks and aircraft, partisan camps and life-size scenes of the ruined city, ending in a hall of glory under the dome.
