Why Go

The rocks are remnants of the island's old summit, eroded into pillars and fins. The 27-meter Roque Cinchado, narrow at the base and wide at the top, appeared on the old 1,000-peseta note with Teide behind it. A loop trail of about 3.5 kilometers circles the rocks above the flat Llano de Ucanca.
