Why go
The narrow street of the New York Stock Exchange is the heart of the Financial District, laid out on the lanes of the original 17th-century Dutch town. Federal Hall marks where George Washington was sworn in as the first president, Trinity Church stands at the head of Wall Street, and the Charging Bull statue is a short walk south on Broadway.
Tips
- The Charging Bull draws long lines for photos; go early.
- Combine it with the Statue ferries at Battery Park and the 9/11 Memorial, both a short walk away.
