Why Go

Nuns and brothers cared for pilgrims and the sick here from the 12th century to 1977. The medieval wards show the hospital's history, and the old pharmacy is fitted out as it was in the 17th century.

In the chapel are six works by Memling, among them the gilded Shrine of St. Ursula and the St. John Altarpiece, painted for this hospital.
