A 5-minute walk from St. Martin's Cathedral, across the footway.

Why Go

The Bridge of the Slovak National Uprising opened in 1972, hung from a single slanting pylon; part of the old town and the Jewish quarter was cleared to build its approach road. A lift in the leg climbs to the saucer, with a restaurant and a deck looking over the castle and the river.
