Why Go

The church was built in 1715 on the site of an older one. A silver statue of St. Blaise holding a model of the city stands on the altar; it survived the fire that destroyed the first church.

The Feast of St. Blaise, celebrated since at least 972, is on UNESCO's list of intangible heritage.
