Why Go
Isaiah Zagar began covering South Philadelphia's walls with mosaics in the 1960s. The Magic Gardens is his masterpiece: indoor galleries and an outdoor labyrinth of grottoes and tunnels, every surface glittering. His mosaics also decorate dozens of buildings in the surrounding streets.
